The Mazda Hazumi Concept (pictured) teased ahead of Geneva
Mazda are gearing up for the Geneva Motor Show next week with the first teaser image of the Mazda Hazumi Concept. The Hazumi Concept – which apparently means ‘Spring up’ or ‘bound’ (as in ‘bound around’ not ‘bound up’) – is the firts clear view of the next generation Mazda 2 featuring the latest iteration of Mazda’s Kodo design language and clearly takes design cues from the new Mazda3. We’ll get more details on the Hazumi/new Mazda2 as Geneva approaches, but we’re expecting it to spawn a production version of the next generation Mazda 2 that will go on sale before the end of 2014.

The 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed is looming, and apart from the usual mix of petrol, faces and cars there’s a new innovation to get more supercars in front of the petrolheads that flock to Sussex for a summer fix of high octane fuel – forward parking for supercars. If you’ve ever been to Goodwood – and if you haven’t, you should – then you’ll be a little overwhelmed with the number of supercars littering the car park. Well, a field that’s a bit of a walk away from the main action, and where everyone parks.
Aston Martin DB9 Special Editions - choice of three
2010 has been a busy year for Aston Martin, what with the final arrival of the much anticipated Aston Martin Rapide, the confirmation of the much less anticipated Aston Martin Cygnet and the Aston Martin One-77 rolling out to customers (just about). There have also been plenty of ‘Special Editions’ to keep the tills jingling, from the Dr Bez Special Aston Martin DBS UB to the V8 Vantage N420.
